ABOUT

Welcome to one of the few triathlon events in Central Arkansas! This sprint race is fantastic for everyone from first time triathletes to accomplished veterans. With lifeguards on duty, the indoor pool swim in the Aquatic Center @ Bishop Park makes for the perfect setting for those competing in their first triathlon. The rolling hills on the bike course are challenging, yet fast, enough to peak the interest of even the most avid cyclist. The flat, fast 5K run provides a long, finishing kick into the park and the finish line!

Weather

We will have weather! Fingers crossed it will be awesome! However, that might not be the case. We will do everything we can to make sure this race happens and that you have a great experience. If it is raining, the race will proceed. If there is lightning, we will delay the start as long as possible to allow the severe weather to move on. There is the possibility the race could be canceled due to severe weather. That is a last resort, but possible. If that occurs, there are NO REFUNDS. That scenario is every race director’s worst nightmare, but it is standard procedure because many expenses have been incurred at this stage of the game and weather is something that cannot be controlled.
