2021 UPDATE:
Due to the uncertainty with COVID-19 and being at the late date of February, AHIB 2021 will not take place at the scheduled date of late April.

We will look at alternatives later in 2021 should the trending with COVID become more favorable.

It's very difficult to plan and make the necessary arrangements to conduct a legitimate race that's an excellent experience for everyone involved and then be forced to cancel. Thankfully we were able to refund race entry fees for those who signed up for the 2020 race, but going through that exercise is less than fun and certainly not ideal.

INDOOR POOL SWIM
The 400 yard swim is inside the aquatic center at Bishop Park. Swimmers start at one end, approximately every 30 seconds, and serpentine across the pool, exiting at the other end.
Clicking the 'BIKE ROUTE' will take you to a route map. This is an out and back course totaling 13.8 miles. It features some nice, fast rollers!
This is a flat, fast, out & back 5k with an aid station at the turn-around. Click the '5K Run' link to take you to the map.
